Can any MOD or Admin can create a Rapid Leech Upload & Download Plugin , i will be very thankful for this help :)

This forum is not dead, however not every single feature request is responded to. Shown that not many have replied, shows that your feature request is not very high on demand. Furthermore, RapidLeech Plugin is not a feature for DFH, yet a feature for RapidLeech itself. Go ask them if you are that keen.
