[SOLVED] Fatal Error

After i enabled mod_rewrite in xampp when i tried to upload a file i get this
Completed!!! |
Fatal error: Call to undefined function usersettings() in C:\xampp\htdocs\upload.php on line 127

Please provide your URL to where DFH is located.

didnt do nothing it just worked
