I think you should use utf-8, this can support more language packs.

Do you mean for the file names? Or for other sectors as well?

I already read it war3andc.s and thank you for the suggestion. I will forward this onto SamEA. However, if you would like to start on the Chinese language, you can just add the above line yourself and during completion it will be added to v1.1 in order for the language pack to be compatible.
