Problems white user's and login as a user.

I don't understand your problem. Please clearly state your problem.

The problam is that when I am registering a new user I can't login for that user..


And in the admin panel I can't open the settings for that user or any user..

This sounds to me like a cookie issue. Make sure your cookies are enabled and if after that it still doesn't work, try using another browser. Also, make sure your PHP $_SESSIONS are enabled (contact your web hoster for more info).
