hi, I'm using this file hosting script, and i can say that this is the best free file hosting script

I've few questions to ask:

1. When I log in to admincp, the url bar said "Waiting from daddyscripts.com". What's the connection to this website with administrator control panel?
2. May I edit the script that you've created on my own?

Hi Jerry and glad you are enjoying DFH.

1. That error message should not appear, however there is a callback to DaddyScripts that in the future will be used to check the version number of DFH but has not yet been fully implemented.

2. You may modify the script to your likings, but you may not sell the script as being your own. In other words, for personal use or for benefiting the community. At the end of the day, the script is open source and the code is available to be viewed by the public.

Please clarify where I can access the scripts. I only found the link for donators to get v1.2 and I would be happy with an earlier one.

Thank you much for your quick reply. I had looked right at that thread and didn't see the zip download link. I have installed the older version of the script and I am coming up to speed on the settings etc.

That is probable because a newer updated version of DFH v1.1 was being uploaded at the time. Try again now and you should be able to find the download link.
