Add a forward slash "/" after the URL in the Settings Panel (./settings.php).

Turn off shorturl and that should work. If you still want shorturl set to on, extract .htaccess.rar and upload .htaccess to where DFH is uploaded, without turning shorturl to off.

Well, I can download the file with normal url, but the short url and I get error rose. htaccess.rar unzipped but still the same.

Is the .htaccess in the same directory as to where DFH is installled on? If yes, then the apache extension mod rewrite, might be disabled on your server. Check with your web hoster.

If htaccess is in the root directory where this INTAL HFD. The apache on our server if enabled in version 2.2.19

I don't understand, are you saying .htaccess is placed in the same directory as Daddy's File Host or not? What sort of hosting package do you have? Have you asked your web hoster to test if mod_rewrite is working?
