main page ,upload icon top,when clicked appears ....

when i go to main page ,then you have the "upload file" top and if you click it on the page comes on just above the email box and goes away...,,

only if i click " flash/html form" the box comes and i can chose the file i want to download.


can by any chance on main page to be little friendly to have to icons for click here to "upload files" and one for "upload pictures" ?
