i don´t download files

i set all permission and i upload files normally and after appears upload link, when i click download link not download any files,
redirect to signup page my host :P.
help me to solve this problem :D

You are using MFH v1.5 as your uploading script, and not DFH.

Please contact your script provider for assistance.
