how I can do to make the script to download for threads and can allow the resumption of downloads

What do you mean by threads? In regards to resumption of downloads, that is most efficient with direct download links.

Well, you should be able to resume downloads as long as the session hasn't been timed out. Resuming a download whenever the user desires (e.g. a much later period), then this will require a much more complex MOD.
