Not allow to resume download?

When i try to download files uploaded by your script, it doesn't allow to resume files download progess!
But when i try to download with the same file i uploaded with FlashFXP, it does allow me to resume download?
How this can be? Is there anyone can help me to fix this problem?

Edit: Resuming downloads should work, as long as the user's IP does not change. If it does, the user will have to generate a new download link.
