Getting Error : Warning: is_dir(): open_basedir restriction

I just installed the script in my root/public_html/ directory, not the public_html/dfh/ directory, I am getting the error.
Warning: is_dir(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(./storage/.htaccess/) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/u502888325:/usr/lib/php:/tmp) in /home/u502888325/public_html/index.php on line 109

I found a thread similer to my question, but i could not understand what to do. kindly explain in details. and what the Script Url will be? (http://filex.hostreo.com/)

This seems to be occurring frequently on newer versions of PHP. Feel free to PM me your FTP details and I will ensure the suggested fixes work and is implemented in future DFH versions as standard.

Solved and updated your version to v1.2.10. Will update the source files on DaddyScripts as well.

Fixed, you had the Script URL set incorrectly (hostname typo). I don't recommend removing the captcha as it makes it easier to abuse the bandwidth on your network. Are you sure you want to remove the captcha? If for whatever reason you do, here are the steps:

1) Open ./download.php
2) Remove:
