Help [Not Acceptable] Error

Hi Everyone i havesoe trouble when a guest click Continue as guest he will get this :

Not Acceptable

An appropriate representation of the requested resource /download.php could not be found on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Can anyone Help Me Fix this pease ?

Are you on Linux/Windows? Is the .htaccess file activated? Please provide more info and the link to where DFH is installed via PM or post in order to investigate further.

Try installing a fresh install of DFH elsewhere in the website and send me a link to it. Thank you.
