1) when i register a new user never receive the mail and the user cant upload files.

2) when i click the name in admin.php?act=users i receive a blank page

When i put in username the mail and put in password the password all its ok

PM received. The user's email address is the user's username.

A MOD would be required for this to take place, however this might mean modifying many of the core files. Moreover, most of the file hosters use e-mail addresses as the username in order to make it easier for the user to login, instead of having to memorize his/her username every time upon login.
