Delete after x days ?

Hi, Genius sam greetings
I am using dfh (admin upload only) mode. so i do not want to delete my files. (now i set 999 days.)

1. How do i set my files Never Delete ?
another question
2. i set Master password but it's not asking for any download. what use? so i uploaded every files with typing the my same password i need one master password for all download?
