can´t upload files bigger than 40Mb

Hi,

i have an urgent problem, because i have only a few days to testing my new VPS.

i can´t upload files bigger than 40mb it always show the error "You do not pick a file to upload" or it stops on 100% and nothing to do.

in script i have allowed 400Mb, but files bigger than 40mb are making the bugs described uphere.

I have these values on php.ini

Can someone tell me please where is the problem?

Why is DFH in the cgi-bin? Also, please send me a link to where DFH is located followed by FTP or SSH details via PM.
