problem with transfer

i transfer my site v1.2.3 from [LINKS REMOVED BY MOD] to [LINKS REMOVED BY MOD] and when i click to download a file i have a blank page
Like [LINKS REMOVED BY MOD] its not ok but in [LINKS REMOVED BY MOD] is ok
how to fix it?
i have all files in perm 777

[LINKS REMOVED BY MOD as per request from the user]

I've uploaded and downloaded a file without any issue. Are you referring to previously uploaded files on the old server? If so, you have to PM me or post the link an old file for testing.
