The direct link to the download never expires

I went and downloaded a file correctly, waiting for the time I established from the panel, you all right there.
Then using Firefox, after downloading the file, I gave the file downloaded right click and then "Copy download path" then with that I download path and any visitor can download directly from any browser and any PC.
Any way around that?

The download link is limited to the user's IP address. For example, once the user's IP address changes, the download link will no longer be valid. If the user decides to share his/her link with another PC outside the network, it will not work.
