Sorry for the delay in debugging DFH. Unfortunately, I was unable to come cross any errors similar to yours.

I have tried testing using a couple of methods, but I was still unable to pick up on any bugs.

One of the methods was performed as follows:

1) Logged in as a user and uploaded an image.
2) Afterwards, checked "My Images" and"View Images", and the image was indeed there.
3) I then logged in as Admin, went to Images and deleted the file uploaded by the user.
4) Under "My Images"/"View Images", the image was successfully deleted and no error messages were shown.

For further debugging, I advise you record your every screen movement, upload it to a file hosting company and send me the link via PM.

With the help of rockfire demonstrating the exact steps taken that resulted into this error, I was able to fully understand the issue and come up with a fix. Please upgrade DFH to the latest version in order for this fix to take affect.
